He has graduated University of Science and Technology of Mongolia and Nippon Engineering College, Japan in 1997 as a system engineer. From 1998 he had been working on the number of Information Technology Projects in the line of Invetment Banking and Finance in Japan such as Project on Combining Credit cards of Saison Company, Seibu Group and Projects on trading systems on Tokyo, Osaka and Jasdaq Stock Exchanges of JPMorgan Securities at the Branch in Tokyo. In 2004 he has established  Information technology, investments and business consulting company in Japan and appointed as a CEO.

In NIBM, he has been a board member, a representative in Japan and vice chairman on Investment Banking since 2006 and in April 2009 he’s appointed as a CEO of the bank.

She has been attended the advanced trainings of banking and finance, economic market in Tokyo-Mitsubishi Bank of Japan, Bank of Europe, Luxemburg and Dresdner Bank of Germany. Since 1985, she has been employed as accountant, senior accountant, economist and director of departments in State Bank as well as in Commercial banks for 25 years.
